How it works

  1. Enter the email address of your Nafasi account below.
  2. We email a confirmation link to that address. Only the person who can read that inbox can confirm.
  3. Once you confirm, your profile is hidden from employers straight away and our team completes the deletion within fourteen days.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, photo, contact details, date of birth, location and work preferences.
  • Your CV and every CV section: education, employment, skills, languages, links, certificates, licences, awards, military service and referees.
  • Your uploaded files, including your CV document and any national ID photo.
  • Your saved jobs, your work-style profile results and your notification settings.
  • Your Nafasi sign-in. You will not be able to sign in to the app again.

What employers keep

  • An application you already sent stays with that employer, with your name removed. It is their record of their own hiring, and we cannot take it out of their hands.
  • Interview invitations an employer sent you stay in their own records in the same way.
  • Payment records are kept for seven years with your personal details removed, because tax law requires it.

You can also delete your account in the Nafasi app: Account, then Delete account. Signing in there confirms who you are, so no email is needed.
