Nafasi currently operates in English. Swahili language support is planned for a future update to better serve the Tanzanian market.

Yes. Nafasi uses location-based matching to show you jobs in your area. You can filter by city, region, or search for jobs near specific locations in Dar es Salaam and other Tanzanian cities.

Yes. With a paid plan you can search the candidate database using filters like skills, experience level, location, education, and industry. View full candidate profiles and invite them to apply or schedule interviews.

Plans differ by the number of job posts and the length of access, from a 7-day pass for a single opening to monthly plans. Visit our Pricing page for the current plans and rates, or contact sales for an invoice plan.

The Nafasi employer dashboard lets you review applications, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and track your hiring pipeline — all in one place. You can also invite candidates from search results directly to your shortlist.

Yes. When creating a job post, you can specify any city or region in Tanzania. You can also create multiple posts for the same role in different locations to maximize your reach.

No. Candidates build their CVs through our structured builder, which keeps them complete and consistent, but Nafasi does not check the contents. Ask a candidate for references, certificates, and documents before you hire.

Nafasi accepts mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money) through our payment partner Selcom. Card payments are not available yet, and we do not take bank transfers.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins. If you experience technical issues preventing you from using the service, contact our support team within 7 days for assistance.

Sometimes. We offer promotional discounts from time to time; contact sales to ask what is available when you buy.

NafasiCare is our platform for connecting households and businesses with informal workers — including house helps, fundis (artisans), security guards, drivers, cleaners, cooks, mechanics, and other blue-collar professionals across Tanzania.

Browse available workers by category, location, and ratings. View their profiles, check references, and connect directly through the platform. NafasiCare covers Dar es Salaam, Arusha, and other major cities.

NafasiCare includes profile verification, ratings and reviews from previous employers, and a secure messaging system. We encourage all users to check references and conduct interviews before hiring.

Your data is stored on Google Firebase, encrypted in transit and at rest. Employers with a paid plan can find your profile in candidate search, and the details of an application go to the employer whose job you applied for. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

Yes. You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. All your personal data, CV information, and application history will be permanently removed from our systems.

Your CV is visible to employers with active subscription plans who search our candidate database. You can control your profile visibility in your privacy settings.
