Nafasi provides a platform connecting job seekers with employers. Our services include CV building tools, job matching, and recruitment solutions for businesses.

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Any job postings are accurate or legitimate
  • You will receive job offers or find suitable candidates

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nafasi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
